In November, I hosted my second Super Founder event with nearly 20 founders on the theme of resilience.
Here are some of the lessons shared:
1. The path less taken is intimidating. But when your purpose leads the way, even the scariest road feels navigable.
2. Big life changes can spark anxiety—but they can also be a source of growth. Reflect deeply and consider how you can support yourself and others navigating similar transitions.
3. Many people won’t see your vision, often for reasons outside your control. Your job is to believe in it and find the few who will support you.
4. You have less control over your future than you think. Build for the future but stay adaptable when circumstances change.
5. Just because you’ve been on a path for the last five years doesn’t mean you must follow it for the next five. You must give yourself permission to explore something new.
From my own experience, I’ve learned that even the hardest moments can be reframed into opportunities.
It doesn’t happen overnight.
But with the right people in your corner, resilience transforms from a survival tool into a true superpower.
