Our experiences, our culture and the people around us shape how we perceive and respond to risk. In environments that prioritise security, uncertainty is often seen as a threat rather than an opportunity.
To break through this we must redefine our relationship with risk—not as something to avoid, but as a necessary tool for growth and change.
In my 2024 review, I reflected on whether I was taking enough risk. My answer was no, definitely not.
